Our Summer Reading Program theme this year will be “Color Our World.” 

Join us Monday mornings in June from 10-11:30am at the Library!  (June 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd.)  There will be reading, crafts, snacks, & fun!

The Haakon County Public Library & Midland Community Library does not purchase matter or materials that are obscene as defined by SD Codified Laws 22-24-27.

Service Policy
The Haakon County Public Library & Midland Community Library will not allow minors to checkout matter or materials that are deemed obscene as defined by SD Codified Laws 22-24-27. The library will also limit minors from accessing obscene matter and materials by placing those materials on a shelf in a restricted area.
